All orders are processed promptly. For our standard stamps, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours of purchase. Custom stamps are dispatched within 48 hours, and if your order contains a mix of both, it will be shipped together based on the item that takes the longest (up to 72 hours total). For orders using upgraded (tracked) postage, tracking details will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

We will do our best to merge separate orders placed within a short timeframe. If merging is possible, any applicable shipping costs will be refunded. However, please note that merging orders may not always be possible, and in such cases your orders might arrive separately.

Orders can be cancelled provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

For orders using upgraded, tracked postage, you will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that standard shipping is carried out via untracked

As per Royal Mail’s terms and conditions, an item is deemed lost if it has not been received within 10 working days of the expected delivery date. Replacement items will not be dispatched until at least 5 working days after the expected delivery date. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for items sent to an incorrect address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be refunded the cost of the item minus postage and packaging charges.

Yes, we proudly ship worldwide. For international orders:

· Standard International Shipping: Untracked (unless you select a tracked option at checkout).

· Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout.

International orders may incur customs or duties charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient. If such charges apply and are not paid, the order may be returned to us.

Please note that postage and packaging costs are non-refundable once an order has been placed. Custom or personalized items cannot be refunded once production has commenced.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Due to health and safety regulations, food-related or used items cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a detailed description of the problem. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly.

If your order arrives damaged or broken in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the damage when you contact us. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent. Please note that accidental damage (e.g., due to improper care) is not covered under this policy.
